I first met Bill Hughes on the Internet as many have.
I was new in the Pro Wrestling business having just started a Pro Wrestling School and Promotion.
I sent Bill some tapes of our show that he raved about, he encouraged me to continue and was aways supportive with advice from his years in the business.
Bill kept inviting me to come wrestle at his place in Long Beach, a few years ago I took him up on the offer along with another pro fanatic from Southern California.
Bill was one of the most excited loud fans I have wrestled in front of a real one man gang. As we worked on the mat his attention never wavered.
Bill was a good man and a good friend he will be missed, some times I guess you just can't kick out.
